I have notcied that whenever I am communicating with some1 and I wish to find them on the map, I have to search thrgouh 100 names to find them, even if they do give good instructions. My solution is this, for all of your friends, party, guild, and people you have selected put an icon on your mini-map indicating where they are. Also, make there name appear a different color on screen, one that is easy to identify.

I second the different colored name idea. That would be great for guildmates and friends. Perhaps even change the color of the name of those that whisper you for as long as you're both in the same zone?
